Shipping and Delivery
All of our items will be sent through the An Post Service.
Tracking is not available on Stickers/Posters & Cards.
An Post typically delivers letters and parcels within 1-2 working days for domestic standard post, and 3-7 working days for international standard post.
Returns and Refunds
Return policy
Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused and in good condition.
How to generate a return
To return an item, put this address on your package:

Then bring it to your local post office. You will need to purchase a label to send your package, the price will be determined at the post office depending on the size and weight of your package. Retain a proof of purchase receipt for your records.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will initiate a return. Please allow at least 2-5 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.

Production Leadtimes
We will aim to produce each order with 2-3 days of receiving the order and then send your item to you. Shipping times are separate to production times and these may vary, read above for shipping and delivery information.
Customised Orders will take longer as they will not be off the shelf designs. Please allow 5-10 business days for the production of a custom order plus shipping times.
